Terms of sale
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of the digital services offered on gwalarn-studio.github.io/Plume-and-go (the "Site") by [FIRST NAME LAST NAME], Entrepreneur individuel (EI, French sole trader), micro-entreprise, SIRET [SIRET], [ADDRESS], [CONTACT EMAIL] (the "Provider"), to any individual or company (the "Customer").
Placing an order means accepting these Terms in full; the Customer confirms having read them before ordering. The Terms in force on the date of the order apply.
2. Services
The Provider offers quick digital services, including: proofreading, CV writing or improvement, LinkedIn profile optimisation, FR/EN translation, product descriptions, social media captions.
The main features of each service (content, deliverable format, turnaround, number of revisions, price) are described on its page on the Site. Deliverables may be produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools; each one is reviewed and approved by the Provider before delivery.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The Provider may change prices at any time; the price shown when the order is placed applies.
4. Ordering
The Customer selects a service, provides the information and files needed (the "Materials"), checks the order summary, accepts these Terms and pays. The order is binding once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
The Customer warrants that they hold the rights to the Materials and that the Materials are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights. The Provider may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, any order whose Materials are unlawful, incomplete or outside the scope of the service.
5. Payment
Full payment is due when ordering. It is made by card or any other method offered through Stripe, which secures the transaction.
6. Performance and delivery
The service is performed within the turnaround shown on its page, starting when payment and all required Materials have been received. The standard turnaround is 24 hours. The deliverable is sent by email or made available through a download link.
If the deliverable is not sent within the stated turnaround, the Customer receives a full refund on request and keeps the deliverable.
7. Revisions
Each service includes 1 free revision, requested within 7 days of delivery and within the original brief. Requests beyond the original brief require a new order.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (and Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason.
Immediate performance. Because services are completed within hours, a Customer who wants the work to start before this period ends must expressly request it when ordering, by ticking the box provided. Under Article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer then acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the Customer withdraws after performance has started but before it is complete, they pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided (Article L.221-25).
How to withdraw. The Customer can use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on the Site, send the form below, or send any clear statement to [CONTACT EMAIL]. The Provider acknowledges receipt without delay and refunds the Customer within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method.
Withdrawal form To [FIRST NAME LAST NAME], [ADDRESS], [CONTACT EMAIL]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: – Service ordered: … – Ordered on: … – Order number: … – Customer name: … – Email address used for the order: … – Date: …
9. Conformity guarantee
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L.224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Directive (EU) 2019/770). If the deliverable is not in conformity, the Customer can have it brought into conformity or, failing that, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract with a refund.
Satisfaction guarantee. On top of the legal guarantee, if the deliverable does not match the brief after the included revisions, the Customer may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
10. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the Provider assigns to the Customer, on a non-exclusive [or exclusive] basis, worldwide and for the full legal term of the rights, the rights to reproduce, display and adapt the deliverable for any personal or business use. Unless the Customer objects in writing, the Provider may mention the work anonymously as a reference.
11. Liability
The Provider is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). The Customer alone is responsible for how they use the deliverable (sending a CV, publishing a text, etc.) and for the accuracy of the information provided. The Provider does not guarantee any outcome that depends on third parties (getting a job, sales, audience, etc.).
Except in case of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bodily injury, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. This limitation does not deprive consumers of any rights they have under applicable law.
12. Confidentiality
The Provider keeps the Materials sent by the Customer confidential and uses them only to perform the order. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
13. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL]; the Provider replies within 2 business days. If no solution is found, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME], [MEDIATOR URL].
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers living in another country keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under ordinary rules; for business Customers, the courts of [CITY], France have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Language
These Terms are available in French and English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails, unless a mandatory rule protecting the consumer provides otherwise.
